Aire Wharfe League dinner 2016

Several happy members of our table topping second team attended the league’s dinner on 21 October at the Village hotel in Headingley, largely encouraged by the presentation of the 3rd division trophy, individual trophies, and a three course meal with drinks appreciatively subsidised by a generous BVCC treasury! Several pre dinner drinks and meal demolished, we were then well entertained by comedian Jed Stone, with young Joe Clough and ”Father Ted” Harry copping for the butt of his Scouse humour….

Captain Adam Marsden collected the trophy and much merriment ensued, continued at the White Bear later.

A good night was enjoyed by all and well done once again to our second team.
